Abstract: | Low battery life in winter is the most concerned pain point of pure electric vehicles.The use of four-way valve integrated thermal management technology and high-effi ciency heat pump air-conditioning energy-saving technology can effectively improve the winter endurance performance of pure electric vehicles and enhance the market competitiveness of pure electric vehicles.This article introduces the four-way valve and heat pump airconditioning layout structure,control strategy,and driving conditions of a certain pure electric vehicle.China light-duty vehicle test cycle for passenger car(CLTC-P)low temperature(-7℃)endurance improvement effect,with technological leadership,is of promotion value. |
