关于车用线束绝缘层开裂的失效分析探讨

摘    要:车用线束绝缘层长期处于高温工作环境中,表面的绝缘层会出现强度下降及开裂等问题。经过对车用线束绝缘层开裂位置的微观形貌观测、材料成分分析以及环境性能测试,梳理出车用线束绝缘层开裂失效的主要影响因素,从而为改善车用线束开裂失效问题提供解决思路。

Discussion on Failure Analysis of Insulation Layer Cracking of Automotive Wire Harness

Abstract:The insulating layer of automotive wiring harness has been in a high-temperature working environment for a long time,and the insulating layer on the surface will have problems such as strength drop and cracking.After the microscopic observation of the cracking position of the automotive wiring harness insulation layer,material composition analysis and environmental performance testing,the main infl uencing factors of the automotive wiring harness insulation layer cracking and failure are sorted out,so as to provide solutions for improving the problem of automotive wiring harness cracking failure.
