Quality Control Measures based on Automobile Manufacturing Process

For automotive products,customers are mainly concerned about product price,confi guration,quality,after-sales service,and market reputation.Among these many factors,customers are most concerned about product quality.This article analyzes the quality management of the automobile manufacturing process based on the objectives,links,elements and methods of the manufacturing process quality management,and combines the production site with the torque management,process parameter management,key/special process management,process discipline management,and typical quality in the manufacturing process.The management methods and means of 5 aspects of problem management are discussed.
