“1+x”背景下的汽车维修专业人才培养体系结构建设

近年来,随着我国经济的持续稳定发展,社会对技术型人才的需求不断增加,适应我国国情需要的教育改革体制也在不断深化与完善,职业技术学校也在其中,2019年4月4日,我国教育部、国家发改委、市场监管总局和财政部就联合发布了《关于在院校实施“学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书”制度试点方案》,同月又发布了关于这一制度的首批试点工作通知,职业技术学校的教育改革正式提上日程,这一制度的实施为职业技术学校和技术型人才的进步与发展提供了导向和重要保障。

In recent years,with the sustained and stable development of China’s economy,the society’s demand for technical talents has continued to increase,and the education reform system that adapts to the needs of China’s national conditions has also been deepened and improved.Vocational and technical schools are among them.On the 4th of April 2019 the Ministry of Education,the National Development and Reform Commission,the State Administration of Market Supervision and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued the"Pilot Plan for Implementing the System of"Education Certifi cate+Certain Vocational Skill Level Certifi cates"in Colleges and Universities".The fi rst batch of pilot work notices offi cially put the education reform of vocational technical schools on the agenda.The implementation of this system provides guidance and important guarantee for the progress and development of vocational technical schools and technical talents.
