摘    要:采用粉末冶金工艺,通过对材料组元,成分,工艺等的实验研究,研制出铁基金属陶瓷摩擦材料,用J02型摩擦实验机测试了该材料的摩擦系数,磨损率和摩 擦稳定系数;用MTS材料实验机,洛氏硬度计测试了材料的拉伸强度,压缩强度和硬度,结果表明;材料具有高的摩擦系数(0.31),低的摩损率(0.0022mm/面次)和高摩擦稳定系灵敏(88.9%),通讯良好的物理力学性能,拉伸强度(21.4MPa),抗压强度(133.5MPa)和硬度(45-65HRF),因此,是有希望的高速列车制动闸片材料之一。

Abstract:According to the powder metallurgy technology and testing of the materials including their basic components and fabricating technology, the iron base metal-ceramic braking materials have been developed. Their friction factor, specific wear rate, friction stability coefficients, hardness and tensile strength as well as the compressive strength are tested by using the J02 friction test machine. It has been proved by the testing of the materials that they have the friction coefficient 0.31, specific wearability of 0.002 2 mm/(face*once), friction stability coefficient 88.9%, hardness 45~65 HRF and tensile strength 21.4 MPa as well as the compressive strength 133.5 MPa.
