摘    要:针对国产无石棉缠绕离合器片摩擦因数稳定性差、硬度高、冲孔时易碎等问题,从产品结构上进行分析和试验,找出了影响产品性能的关键因素。通过试验找到一种改善产品结构的一步法生产无石棉缠绕离合器片的新工艺。对采用相同配方不同生产工艺的产品进行了性能对比,对比结果表明,采用一步法生产工艺不仅能稳定制品摩擦性能、降低磨损及密度、提高制品显气孔率、消除冲孔裂纹,而且还可缩短生产工序,提高劳动效率、减少设备投人,降低生产成本。

Abstract:Aimed on disadvantages of domestic non-asbestos coiling clutch plates of bad stability of friction factor,too high hardness and fragility on punching etc.,analysis and tests on product structure are carried out and key factors in-flu encing product performances are found out.The new one-step non-asbestos clutch plate production technology that can im prove product structure is found out by experiments.Comparison among products those use the same compounding for-mu la and are made with different technical processes respectively is done.It is shown by comparison that the one-step pro duction process not only can improve stability of friction performance of products,reduce abrasion and density,improve macro porosity and eliminate punching crack,but also can shorten factory processing operation,improve work efficiency,reduce equipment investment and reduce production cost.
