基于AHP熵的公路网理想评价法

该文根据公路网的道路与交通特征参数指标,阐述了评价公路网规划方案优劣的新模型。首先根据运筹学中的理想点法,以路网等级等六个优化目标为因素指标集,以备选方案为论域集,通过定量分析构建了标准指标决策矩阵、正负理想方案决策矩阵,建立了公路网综合评价模型;另外,充分考虑专家知识和经验、决策者意向和偏好以及数据本身蕴涵的信息,采用AHP法与熵值法综合确定了目标决策模型综合权重;通过计算方案指标矩阵距离理想方案贴近度来评价公路网规划方案的优劣程度。实例分析表明,此模型对多个规划方案进行排序和评价,方法科学简便,实用性强。
