| Abstract: | Shanghai is one of the most rapidly urbanized regions in China,and there are the obvious characteristics of short duration and high strength of rainfall in flood season.Thus,Shanghai is facing enormous urban flood pressure.Based on a systematic analysis of international ecological flood control concepts,the article brings up the strategy for the ecological flood control of Shanghai from three aspects of headstream planning,procedural retardance and terminal restoration. |
