Abstract:The article sets forth the non-linear relationship between the thermal conduction coefficient and porosity of porous material model simulated by the finite element method.The solid matrix and pore in the finite element model are generated randomly according to the porosity and pore distribution.The material parameters and element properties of the model are assigned by APDL parameterization language of ANAYS.Based on the finite element random simulation,it is to consider the thermal flow density distribution of the section under the conduction and radiation conditions and to calculate the equivalent thermal conductivity coefficient under the different porosity condition.The study shows that the equivalent thermal conduction coefficient of porous material model linearly decreases with the increment of porosity.The analysis result is verified by a real project of a dam heat preservation scheme.
