| Abstract: | Taking the pre-construction study of Gansu Baiyin Urban Development Project loaned from the Asian Development Bank as the background,the article sets forth the method and route how to utilize the loan of the Asian Development Bank for the construction of road bridge infrastructures,the energy saving and pollution reduction of the city and the sustainable development in the course of the transition of the west cities having the exhausted resources. |
