从湖州火车南站站前配套枢纽工程探索高铁车站站前广场的设计理念

站前广场及配套工程是一个复杂的系统工程。它主要是解决旅客人行流线(进站、出站、换乘),各项辅助交通流线(公交、长途、出租、社会车辆等),以及行包流线,救灾、防灾流线等一系列流线问题。需要做到"人-车"分流、"人-物"分流、"进-出"分流的人性化设计理念。另外站前广场还需要满足"紧急疏散"、"因灾聚集"、"高峰聚集"等功能。随着高速铁路的运营,广场还需有更高效的疏散能力,便捷的交通能力,快速到达能力等,来满足铁路客流高、大、集的特点,适应社会日益增强的出行需求。该文结合具体工程对综合交通枢纽工程建设提出新的设计思路与方法,可供同行借鉴。
