| 摘 要： | 该文根据目前汉十高速公路应急预警管理系统的现状,对目前高速公路公司突发事件应急预警管理主要存在问题进行分析,提出按照应急预警管理内容将整个应急预警管理过程分为平时管理、战时管理、基础数据库建设三部分;从技术角度分析其可行性,介绍该系统整体模型设计原理,系统框架及其业务功能划分;并针对不同应急内容进行详细说明。
