城市道路无障碍环境服务水平评价体系研究

以往是通过城市道路无障碍单体设施的布置要求及设施数量,来反映城市道路无障碍环境的服务水平,针对如何更为有效地量化反映城市道路无障碍环境服务水平的研究较少。结合北京热点区域城市道路无障碍设施布置情况,从无障碍设施系统化布置的角度,选取合适的评价因子及评价方法,初步建立评价体系,为城市道路无障碍环境服务水平提供量化衡量的方法。
