| 摘 要： | 分析了汶川8．0级特大地震灾害中航空应急输送的特点，通过对抗震救灾航空应急输送保障经验的总结，具体分析了航空应急输送在非战争军事行动中对运力、空管、机场等保障方面的需求，引发了对突发公共事件航空应急输送能力的新认识，提出了重视加强航空应急运输保障能力的相关应对策略。
