粉沙质海岸航道骤淤重现期的确定方法

粉沙质海岸港口外航道骤淤通常是由风浪造成的,在众多影响因素中,只有波浪和波浪引起的泥沙运动具有随机性。文章提出了"有效风能"概念,从理论上推导了粉沙质海岸由风况计算骤淤积量的概化模型,应用黄骅港实测资料进行了率定和验证,指出骤淤量与风能存在线性关系,利用率定后的关系公式计算了黄骅港不同大风的淤积量,建立了黄骅港航道淤积量的概率分布曲线,并指出大风骤淤量的概率分布服从P-Ⅲ分布和对数-正态分布。

Method of calculating return period of suddenly siltation on a silt-sandy beach

It is pointed out that the siltation of outer channel on a silt-sandy beach is caused by the wind in this paper, and the influence factors are multitudinous. Only the wave and the movement caused by the wave are stochastic amony the factors. The wave is caused by wind, and the wind process is a stochastic phenomenon. So the siltation is stochastic. The concept of effective wind energy was put forward in this paper, and the formula was defined that the siltation was calculated by the wind situation on a silt-sandy beach, and it was verified by the data on-the-spot. It is pointed out that the relationship between siltation and wind energy is linear,and using the formula,the siltation under the different wind conditions in Huanghua Harbor was calculated. Then the probability curve of the siltation in Huanghua Harbor was established. It is pointed out that the probability distribution of the siltation follows P-Ⅲ and logarithm normal distribution.
