摘    要:通过理论分析和实验研究,揭示了超低温冷藏集装箱在远洋运输途中箱体侧壁内瘪的主要原因,系是箱内形成的高真空致使侧壁变形,从而导致发泡材料断层,破坏了侧壁整体结构强度.从破坏箱内真空角度入手,研制了压差控制阀件,以平衡集装箱内外气压差,避免侧壁内瘪.

Abstract:Based on the theories with experiment, the reasons of shriveled phenomenon of side wall of the reefer are analyzed. The vacuum in the reefer, makes the side wall distorted, and the foam layer cracked. The whole intensity of the side wall is destroyed. Taking the vacuum-damage as the method, I design a valve controlled by air pressure difference to make the air pressure inside and outside the reefer balance, avoiding the side wall shriveled.
