摩托车排气消声器数值模拟研究

摘    要:消声器的数值模拟涉及到流体动力学、结构动力学以及声学等多个学科的知识。本文利用传递矩阵法,建立了消声器与发动机的联合模型,在此基础上对该消声器的各项性能进行了数值模拟,并以一维模拟结果作为边界条件,利用通用流体力学软件对消声器的流场进行了更加深入的模拟研究。模拟结果表明:改进消声器在高频有较好的消声效果,而原消声器在中、低频有较好的消声效果;改进消声器的背压优于原消声器。本项目数值模拟的结果为消声器的优化设计奠定了基础,对消声器的优化设计有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The simulation of an muffler involved in hydrokinetics, structural dynamics and acoustics. The model of an Exhaust muffler of a Motorcycle, coupling with an engine, is established in this paper by using the transfer matrix method. According to one dimensional simulative results, the fluid field is investigated. It is shown that the improved muffler have a good effect on reducing noise in the high frequency while the original muffler have a good effect on reducing noise in the low and middle frequency. This paper gives some guidelines on the optimized design of an exhaust muffler of a motorcycle for noise reduction.
