灌浆法在治理岩体渗漏中的应用

针对许家崖水库取水口处溶蚀、透水性强的岩层渗水冒水的问题,对岩体采用GIN灌浆法进行处理。介绍了浆液的配制和GIN值的选择,着重介绍了钻孔、灌浆、封孔等施工工艺。施工实践表明采用GIN灌浆法充分发挥了其稳定浆液抗溶蚀性强、与岩石结合力强的特点,治理效果良好,并且节约了水泥、提高了功效,可为今后类似工程提供借鉴。

The Application of the GIN Grouting Method to Rock Seepage Treatment

Aiming at solving the problem of rock seepage at the intake,the GIN Grouting Method is adopted for the construction of the Xujiaya Reservoir of the Feixian Power Plant.Both the making-up of the liquid and the choice of GIN values are dealt with in the paper,with great stress placed on the introduction of hole-drilling,slip-casting,hole-closing and some other construction processes.Practice shows that the GIN Method gives full play to the feature of the anti-solute and binding capability of the stabilized liquid,and this technique effectively helps overcome the problem of karst seepage and permeable rocks at the water intake,saving some cement,and improving the efficiency.The project may serve as a successful example for similar works in the future.
