构建面向服务（SOA）的军事信息系统

海军信息系统面临的挑战是整合各个独立的信息系统,进行有效集成以满足联合作战的要求,同时发展安全、容易接入、用户友好、便于指控系统使用的基础架构。SOA（Service-Oriented Architectures,面向服务架构）在美军的网络中心战略中发挥着重要作用,通过对美军的NCES（Net-Centric Enterprise Services,网络中心企业服务网）和SoSCOE（Systems of Systems Common Operating Environment,系统之系统的公共操作环境）这两种典型的SOA应用系统的分析,梳理了使用SOA的方法构建军事信息系统需要解决的主要问题和技术路线。

Building Military IT Systems Using the Service-Oriented Architectures

The key challenge of naval IT systems is the integrating the isolated IT systems to satisfy the demand of joint command and control as well as to develop secure,friendly,easy-connecting and convenient infrastructure.Service-Oriented Architectures（SOA） exerted huge actions at Net-Centric warfare.This paper analyses two typical SOA systems of America army,including the Net-Centric Enterprise Services（NCES） and systems of systems common operating environment（SoSCOE）,and brings forward the key problems and schemes of building military IT systems using the SOA method.
