介电常数在沥青混合料压实度测试中的应用探讨

摘    要:沥青混合料压实度测试是沥青路面性能质量控制的重要指标。针对沥青路面压实度无损检测,分析了探地雷达(GPR)在测试介电常数中的可行性,同时基于室内试验分析了沥青混合料空隙率对介电常数的影响。分析结果表明,空隙率与介电常数之间存在较好的相关性。依托实际工程提出了采用探地雷达测试沥青路面介电常数来反算沥青混合料压实度的方法。研究结果可为沥青路面压实度无损检测提供新的思路和参考依据。

Discussion on Application of Dielectric Constant in Compactness Detection of Asphalt Mixture

Abstract:Compactness detection of asphalt mixture is the important indication in quality control of asphalt pavement performance. Against the nondestructive examination for compactness of asphalt pavement, the feasibility of using ground penetrating radar (GPR) for dielectric constant detection is analyzed; at the same time, the influence of asphalt mixtureg rate of void on dielectric constant is also analyzed on the basis of indoor test. The results show that rate of void and dielectric constant has good correlation, furthermore, the way in which compactness of asphalt mixture is calculated inversely by using GPR to detect dielectric constant of asphalt pavement is proposed depending on practical engineering. The study result could offer new idea and reference to nondestructive examination for compactness of asphalt pavement.
