| 摘 要： | 国际海事组织(IMO)在2001年11月的大会上采纳了SMCP(standard marine communication phrases),即海事通讯标准用语。文章通过对SMCP主要内容的分析,指出了它们在保障船舶通讯安全方面所起的重要作用。
