| 摘 要： | 本文在单电子器件半经典的双隧道结模型的基础上，通过对主主程的数值求解，对Au纳米粒子组装体系的库仑台阶现象进行了拟合．单电子器件的半经典拟合对于单电子器件的设计有很大的指导作用．

| Abstract: | In this paper,the numerical simulation of master equation based on the DBTJ(Dou ble Barrier Tunneling Junctions)of SET (Single Electron Transistor)are discussed. The nu merical fittings are done for the Columb staircase of nanoscale particle self-assembly system.The semiclassical fitting of SET is very important for the design of SET devices. |
