摘    要:为了解决除铁器的散热问题,本文根据其具体结构,在原有的紫铜管基础上设计并制作了新型的水平深置高效热管。通过搭建实验台,进行热管的传热特性实验研究,并以热阻为基础,分析了不同充液率和功率下热管的传热性能,确定了热管的最佳充液率为蒸发段容积的25%~30%,在实际应用中可进一步降低除铁器的温升。

Abstract:The electromagnetic iron-remover can produce lots of heat during working,which will affect the normal running of the equipment.A new aclinic deeply-putted and high efficienct heat pipe instead of the original purple cuprum pipe was designed and made to solve the heat problem of the iron-remover according to its concrete configuration.An experiment device was established to study on the heat-transfer characteristic of the heat pipe.The thermal performances of the heat pipe under different ratios of liquid medium and power were studied based on the thermal resistance analysis.The best ratio of liquid mediumin in the heat pipe is confirmed 25 to 30 percent of the volume of the evaporation section,and the temperature rising of the iron-remover can be further reduced in pratice.
