公交优先理念与昆明BRT实践

提出公交优先需要由口号上升为理念，由理念转变为科学的城市交通发展政策，并应付诸实施。在确立“公交优先”政策的基础上，对中国大城市而言，公交专用道和BRT技术是经济高效、切实可行的“公交优先”解决方案。通过昆明公交优先的实践，探索了符合中国城市特点的公交专用道技术。同时，从系统能力和服务水平的角度，论述了昆明公交专用道系统与BRT的差距。

The Concepts on Public Transport Priority and the BRT Practice in Kunming

Public Transport Priority needs to be promoted from words to concepts and further converted to scientific urban transport development policy with full implementation. For big cities in China, the buslane and BRT technology are economic and practical solutions to Public Transport Priority policy. On the basis of the practice of Public Transport Priority in Kunming, the buslane technology for the city characteristic of China is brought forward. And the differences between Kunming buslane system and BRT are analyzed under capacity and service level.
