摘    要:建立各种常规公共交通方式的综合评价模型,对优化城市交通结构,缓解城市交通拥挤具有重要的意义.本文考虑了各种公共交通方式的优缺点,从社会、经济、技术和生态四个方面建立了公共交通方式综合评价指标体系.构造了一种基于层次-主成分分析法的综合评价模型,并利用实例,对四种常规公共交通方式进行了综合评价.结论表明,基于层次-主成分分析法的综合评价模型,能有效地对复杂的常规公共交通系统进行科学的评价,结论同时也说明了BRT系统的优越性,为BRT的建设实施提供了科学而又准确的依据.

Abstract:It is very important to set up evaluation models for normal public transit to improve urban transport structure and reduce traffic congestion. Considering the advantages and disadvantages of different modes, the paper sets up a synthetic evaluation index system in terms of society, ecnomy, technology and environment, establishes the synthetic evaluation model with combining the primary component analysis and analytic hierarchy process, and makes a comprehensive evaluation of the four normal public transit modes with examples. The conclusion appears that we can scientifically evaluate the normal public transit. The comparison results on the four transit ways also shows that BRT system is superior to the other three ways, providing scientific and exact basis for BRT system construction.
