| Abstract: | The construction of major group is an important way for application-oriented institute to realize connotation development, and to enhance its external competitiveness as well. Guangzhou Maritime Institute should give full play to the late-mover advantage of new undergraduate institute as well as the traditional advantage in shipping industry education, using the practical experience of major construction in other application-oriented maritime universities for reference, grasping the development trend of high-end in China＇s shipping services industrial chain, building shipping business major group to dock shipping services industry, so as to realize the dual contribution of professional personnel training and industry development service. |
