| Abstract: | State owned capital needs to maintain its due existence in competitive industries. A complete withdrawal of the state owned capital from competitive industries will not only create difficulties in practical implementation, but also affect the leading function of the state sector of economy. So, concerning the withdrawal of state owned capital from competitive industries, there are three types of relationships, which need careful attention. |
