| Abstract: | Based on the analysis on law's role in the financial system, the authors point out three principles of guiding the finance legislation, which are: first, to limit and make clear the government agency's legislation right; second, to draft overall legislation plan and finally, to make laws in an appropriate speed to lead the finance development. |
