| Abstract: | This paper discusses the issue of strategic planning in logistics management in enterprises, focusing on the following aspects: the setting of the strategic objectives, the positioning of competitive strategy, and the formation of a systematic logistics development strategy. It also studies how an enterprise can define an appropriate strategic plan for logistics management bo bring about real competitive advantages to the company. |
