| Abstract: | Through analyzing the necessity for conducting PPP in urban rail transit projects and its main restrictions, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions for defining the objectives of transport demand and project conditions, clarifying the responsibilities between the government and private sectors, setting up the sustainable rrechanism for the reward of investment and improving the effective supervision system. |
