青藏铁路建设职业健康监护系统研究

摘    要:为防止施工过程中职业性高原病和其他职业病的发生,建立青藏铁路施工职业健康监护系统。该系统由劳动环境监测系统、职业性疾病监测系统、健康监护信息管理系统三部分构成,监护目标疾病为高原病、尘肺、肺功能损害、职业中毒、紫外线损伤和职业性听力损伤,监护周期3个月。对系统的组织结构、层次和健康监护信息传递流向进行设计论证。开发出由健康监护信息管理系统和健康监护评价报告系统两大系统,由基础数据库,统计报表数据库和评价报告输出三大功能所组成的青藏铁路健康监护信息计算机管理软件。

Abstract:The occupational health surveillance system is established to prevent occurrence of the occupational high altitude disease and other occupational diseases during the construction of the Qinghai-Tibet railway. There are three components in this system-the labor environment monitoring system, the occupational disease monitoring system and the health surveillance information management system. The surveillance is targeted at such diseases as the high altitude disease, dust lung disease, lung function defects, occupational toxicosis, ultraviolet injury and occupational audition injury. The surveillance period is 3 months. The system organization structure, the number of layers and its information transfer direction was designed and evaluated. The computer management software of health surveillance information for Qinghai-Tibet railway is developed, which consists of the health surveillance system and health surveillance assessment report system with such functions as the basic database, statistics report forms database and evaluation report output.
