| 摘 要： | 目的探讨增殖抑制基因(HSG)以及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在胃癌中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测HSG和VEGF在胃正常黏膜、癌旁组织及胃癌组织中的表达。结果胃正常黏膜、癌旁组织及胃癌组织HSG的阳性表达率分别为66.7%、58.0%和38.3%,正常黏膜组到胃癌组HSG表达率呈递减趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VEGF在3组中的阳性表达率分别为13.3%、20.0%和68.3%,正常黏膜组到胃癌组的表达率呈递增趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Spearman等级相关分析显示,HSG与VEGF表达呈负相关(r=-0.847,P<0.05)。结论 HSG与VEGF的过表达可能是胃癌发生发展以及转移的重要原因之一。
