钢铝复合接触轨在广州地铁4号线的应用

摘    要:广州地铁4号线正线采用DC 1 500 V钢铝复合接触轨供电方式,车辆段采用DC 1 500 V架空柔性接触网供电方式,在车辆段出入段线设置网轨转换段,实现受电弓与集电靴的转换.对钢铝复合接触轨在选材、设计及应用方面进行介绍,对接触轨与刚性、柔性接触网的性能进行比较,并就该套设备在实际运行中出现的问题进行分析与探讨.

Abstract:On No.4 line of Guangzhou metro, steel-aluminurn compound contact rails were installed and fed by DC 1 500 V power supply system. In the carriage depot, flexible overhead catenary system fed by the same voltage was adopted. A transition section from overhead system to rigid system was built on the approaching line to the depot, This article introduces the steel-aluminum compound contact rails in terms of the selection of materials, design and application, carries out the comparison of the properties between the rigid and flexible contact systems, analyzes as well as studies the problems of this complex in actual operation.
