空域分类技术研究

空域是国家重要资源，是航空器的活动区域。对空域进行科学统筹管理，实现空域使用的效益最大化极为重要。空域分类是空域管理的重要组成，国际民航组织规定空中交通服务空域必须按要求进行分类和命名。本文通过研究国内外空域分类现状，对比分析中美两国空域分类和运行情况，总结了我国空域分类和规划的不足之处；在学习和借鉴航空业发达国家空域分类成功经验的基础上，概括了我国空域分类应考虑的主要因素，并参照国际民航组织和欧美等国的空域分类标准提出适合我国航空业发展的空域分类调整建议。
