| Abstract: | pregnant women were followed up prospectively and HBsAg was detected with spRIA to explore the effect of HBsAg antigenemia on pregnancy. The results showed that there was no difference in the incidence of edema-proteinuria-bypertension syndrome and postpartum hemor rhage and in the result of liver function testing between HBsAg-positive pregnant women and HBsAgnegative pregnant women (P=0.9508,P=0.8703,and P = 0. 7936, respectively). |
