摘    要:在乳化系统设计时,采用旋涡泵作为乳化器,通过对乳化系统管路加压,提高系统中水的饱和温度,依据泵代乳化器的理论,实现对1000s高粘度重油的高温动态乳化.试验证明重油乳化后微粒特性满足柴油机燃烧要求,且节油效果明显.

Abstract:Through adding pressure to system pipelines and increasing water saturated temperature, the emulsifying system can achieve to emulsify the 1000s heavy oil completely when it was designed, according to the theory of pump instead of emulsifier The results show that the particulate diameter of water is small enough and particulates disperse uniformity in the oil. The diesel works well at lower fuel consumption obviously with the emulsified fuels.
