| 摘 要： | 介绍了离心式压缩机的自控系统设计，及在自控设计中应注意的问题。从离心机的负荷控制、入口压力控制、密封系统控制、润滑油系统控制、转子振动和轴位移控制、防喘振控制等方面入手，综合解决有关离心式压缩机的控制问题，从而满足现场实际情况的要求。DCS系统控制方案可以结合上述几个方面的因素制定，以实现整个装置的最优化配置。

| Abstract: | Introduce the control system,which design on the centrifugal compressor through the project experience.And some problems need to be paid attention.Control the centrifugal compressor according to the loading,inlet press,sealing system,lubrication system,and shaft vibration and offset to meet the practical requirement on site.DCS system control philosophy shall follow above principle to make guarantee that whole facilities are in good condition. |
