摘    要:通过对现有EPB盾构在掘进过程中泡沫系统存在的缺陷进行分析与研究,提出了详细的改进设计思路与措施,从而极大地降低了土压平衡盾构在掘进过程中发生堵塞的概率,提高了盾构的掘进速度,具有一定的实用和推广价值。

Abstract:Through analysis and study on the present foam system defects of EPB Shield TBM during its tunneling, the au- thor brings up a detailed improvement plan and measures. This will greatly reduce foam system blocks during EPB Shield TBM tunneling, increase the advance speed, and has certain practical and promotional values.
