| 摘 要： | 本文针对目前普通高校体育课程教学改革的实际情况,提出了高校体育课程应丰富课程体系,增加教学内容,突出体育的健身性、娱乐性、终身性和实用性,强调课内课外一体化教学,发挥体育俱乐部、学生体育社团、体育俱乐部以及体育竞赛在高校体育课程教学中的作用。
