电流变减振器台架性能试验研究

摘    要:通过台架试验对电流变减振器性能进行了考察,得到了较好的示功图和速度特性曲线;讨论了电场强度、气室压力、间隙大小、电流变液性能等对电流变液体减振器压缩阻尼力和回复阻尼力的影响,对阻尼力的理论计算值与试验结果进行了对比,指出了产生误差的原因。所设计的充气式减振器示功图曲线光滑饱满,表明其结构良好,可满足工程实际要求。

Abstract:Performance of the designed rheologic damper is investigated through bench tests,and good indicator dia-gram and speed characteristic curve are obtained.Effects of electric-field intensity,air chamber pressure,size of clearance,rheologic fluid performance on the compressing damping force and restoring damping force of the damper are discussed,and comparison between the theoretical damping force and the measured one from the tests is done,and causes of errors are analyzed.The indicator diagram of the designed pneumatic damper is smooth and full,which indicates that its structure is reasonable and it meets the actual engineering requirements.
