一种多通道窄带光子晶体滤波器的研究

摘    要:研究了具有周期缺陷层的一维光子晶体的能带特性。研究表明,此种结构的光子晶体缺陷模的个数,随着缺陷层周期个数的增加而双倍地增加。当入射角增加时,缺陷模的个数不变,但向短波方向移动,此种结构的光子晶体可应用于多通道窄带滤波器。

Abstract:This article discusses the optical transmission characteristics of one dimensional photonic crystals of multi-layers with periods. The results indicates that the number of the pass band increases twofold following the period of defect layers; when the angle of incidence is definite, we can conclude that the number of the pass band is invariable, but the pass band moves towards the direction of shortwave, and it can be applied to multi-channel narrow one dimensional photonic crystals filters.
