WTR/APAO复合改性高黏沥青及改善排水性沥青混合料性能研究

摘    要:为制备废旧轮胎胶粉(WTR)高黏改性沥青,将WTR和APAO改性剂按照一定比例复配后对基质沥青进行复合改性,通过高黏改性沥青评价体系指标、WTR复合改性沥青针入度评价体系指标,评价WTR/APAO复合高黏改性沥青性能,优化WTR/APAO复配方案;通过动态力学流变性能试验分析复合改性沥青的动态力学性能。研究表明:掺加WTR和APAO能显著提升沥青的60℃动力黏度、170℃运动黏度、黏韧性、软化点和25℃弹性恢复率,同时降低了针入度;随WTR、APAO掺量增大,WTR/APAO复合改性沥青的能量损耗因子逐渐增大,复合改性沥青发生相同的塑性变形所需外力增大,WTR/APAO复合改性沥青表现出良好的阻尼特性。增大WTR和APAO掺量显著改善OGFC-13排水性沥青混合料的综合路用性能,20%WTR+6%APAO、20%WTR+8%APAO比14%TPS改性OGFC混合料有更好的综合路用性能与抗疲劳耐久性能。

Study on Performance of WTR/ O APA Composite Modified High-viscosity Asphalt and Improved Drainage Asphalt Mixture
Abstract:In order to prepare waste tire rubber powder (WTR) high-viscosity modified asphalt, WTR and APAO modifer were compounded according to a certain proportion, and then the matrix asphalt was compound modified. The performance of the WTR/APAO composite high-viscosity modified asphalt was evaluated by the evaluation system index of high-viscosity modified asphalt and evaluation system index of WTR composite modified asphalt needle penetration, and the WTR/APAO composite scheme was optimized; the dynamic mechanical properties of the composite modified asphalt were analyzed through the dynamic mechanical rheological property test. The research shows that the addition of WTR and APAO can significantly improve the dynamic viscosity at 60 ℃, kinematic viscosity at 170 ℃, viscosity and toughness, softening point and elastic recovery rate at 25℃, while reducing the needle penetration. The energy loss factor of WTR/APAO composite modified asphalt increases gradually with the increase of the content of WTR, APAO, the external force required for the same plastic deformation of composite modified asphalt increases, and WTR/APAO composite modified asphalt shows good damping characteristics. Increasing the content of WTR and APAO significantly improved the comprehensive road performance of OGFC-13 drainage asphalt mixture, 20 % WTR + 6 % APAO, 20 % WTR + 8 % APAO have better comprehensive road performance and fatigue resistance durability than 14 % TPS modified OGFC mixture.
