复杂城区深基坑施工老旧建筑保护研究

摘    要:依托中交集团上海总部基地项目工程,针对工程影响范围内的历史保护建筑结构特点,提出保护措施。运用midas GTS NX有限元软件模拟分析基坑开挖过程中的建筑基础变形,与现场监测数据进行对比。计算结果及实践验证:相关技术措施能够有效保证基坑支护结构及历史保护建筑安全。

Study on Old Building Protection in Deep Excavation in Complex Urban Area
Abstract:Relying on CCCC Shanghai Headquarters Base project, according to the structural characteristics of the historical building protected within the reach of engineering, a series of protection measures were proposed. Simulation analysis of the deformation of bulding foundation during pit excavation was carried out by use of midas GTS NX finite element software, and then the field monitoring data was compared. The calculation result and the practical verification show that the relevant technical measures can ensure the safety of foundation pit supporting structure and historical building.
