汽车齿轮刮削残余应力的研究

摘    要:本文通过对刮削后汽车齿轮齿面残余应力的测定,探讨了刮齿表面残余应力的变化规律。研究表明:与磨削相比,刮削可使齿轮呈现满意的残余应力状态;刮削残余应力与刮削功率及切削力之间的函数关系,可用作汽车齿轮制造中监测刮削残余应力状态的参考依据。

Abstract:In this paper, residual stresses and their variation law of skived automotive gears are studied by X-ray diffraction method. It is shown that in comparison with grinding, skiving will make gears have a more satisfactory status of residual stress. The functional relation of the residual stresses and the skiving power and force can be applied to monitor the residual stresses pattern of automotive gears during the skiving process.
