| 摘 要： | 随着汽车市场竞争日趋白热化，整车开发周期、成本和质量的冲突变得愈加明显。剖析了汽车开发中的内容、时间、成本和质量相互作用形成的三角形关系，并提出了在重要环节需要完成的关键任务以达到最终高性价比的整车开发，针对实际项目过程控制中面临的客观市场因素和主观人为因素的挑战，提出了利用新科技（云端技术）来进一步优化整车开发的思路．

| Abstract: | The conflict between vehicle development cycle, material cost and quality is more and more obvious in the current fierce competition of China automotive market. This article introduces the triangle interaction of vehicle development content, time, cost and quality, and also points out key task in each vehicle development phase to reach best price ＆ performance. Faced the challenge to objective market factor and subjective factor in actual controlling process, it points out that cloud computing can further optimize the idea of vehicle development. |
