| Abstract: | The essay expounds the basic concept of danger and insurance existing in the production and life of human beings, and analyzes the relationship and difference between value-insured transportation and transportation insurance from the aspects of three countermeasures for dangers. Meanwhile, the essay also discusses the position of value-insured and insurance in the legal system, the relationship between the two, as well as the type and character of value-insured contract. |
