大型浮吊控制系统可靠性分析与仿真

摘    要:根据系统的结构组成,以及现场收集的数据,建立了浮吊控制系统的故障树(FTA);运用蒙特卡罗随机模拟方法,在Matlab环境下对系统进行了可靠性指标的计算与仿真,得出了系统的可靠度曲线,掌握了现有装置可靠性水平及影响可靠性的薄弱环节,同时,仿真结果为浮吊控制系统的维护和检修提供了依据。

Abstract:Abstract The fault tree of floating crane control system was built in this paper, based on the structure of the control system and data from operating field. According to the method of Monte Carlo random simulation, then compute and simulate the reliability index of system in the environment of Matlab, has obtained the reliability curve, found out the reliability level of the existing equipment and the weakness of the system, besides, the result of the simulation can well guide the maintenance and overhaul of the control system.
