插电式混合动力汽车动力系统总体设计

摘    要:插电式混合动力已成为新能源车型发展的主流。文章以一款中级前置前驱插电式混合动力轿车为例,给出了动力总成总体设计方法,对行星轮机构、电控离合器及单向离合器等几种动力总成复合装置方案进行了对比,针对所选定的结构方案分析了相应整车工作模式,对动力系统性能进行了仿真,确定了动力系统总体方案。

Abstract:Plug-in hybrid vehicle has become the mainstream of the development of the new energy vehicle. Taking a front-mounted and front-drive plug-in class-B vehicle as example, this paper puts forward the design plan of power train system. First, plans of several compound devices are compared, including planetary gear, electrical controlled clutch and one-way clutch. In view of the chosen structural plan, the paper analyzes the relevant operating mode of the complete vehicle, simulates the performance of power train system and selects a plan for power train system.
