摘    要:HXD1C型机车厚板下料大量采用了数控火焰切割,数控火焰切割件的质量和尺寸精度不仅取决于数控设备的精度和可靠性,而且与所用气体品质、切割程序的优劣和操作人员素质等有着密切关系。

Abstract:Numerical control flame cutting has been used frequently when cutting slab steel in the type HXD1C locomotive parts producing.When doing numerical flame cutting,the quality and dimensional accuracy of the cutting pieces depend not only on the accuracy and reliability of numerical control equipment,but also has a close relationship with the quality of used gas,pros and cons of cutting programs and the quality of operation personnel.
