摘    要:在天然气管道的漏磁内检测过程中,检测装置运行速度过快,会对检测结果带来影响,严重的时候,几乎检测不到漏磁信号.为了从理论上研究上述现象,运用ANSYS有限元仿真软件对速度效应带来的涡流影响进行了分析.通过分析不同速度、不同缺陷深度等因素带来的影响,得出了速度越快、缺陷深度越小时,漏磁信号幅值越小,且失真严重的结论.

Abstract:In the process of inspecting pipeline magnetic flux leakage ( MFL), the high speed of the detector will impact the test results. In some serious cases, nearly none of the MFL signals can be detected because of the high speed. To deal with the problem above theoretically,this paper will test and verify the eddy current produced by the speed effect,by analyzing the influ- ence brought about by the ANSYS finite element simulation software. Analyzing the effect impacted by different speeds and differ-ent defect depths, the paper proves that the value of the MFL signal can be smaller and its distortion can be more serious when the speed is higher and the defect depth is lower.
